Greetings.  Been fishing the last seven years or so from my Ocean Kayak Trident Ultra 4.3.  Have mostly targeted salmon on coastal rivers and lakes. Trolling is my approach and wishing I could fish and eat my sandwich while paddling is my dream.  Am going to buy a new kayak this year, mainly with the hopes of getting a more comfortable seat that will accommodate my 67 year old musculoskeletal system.  Hope to soon get some feedback from you out there that will help me decide to paddle or pedal in the future.

Welcome to the Forum Crabman.  You are listed in "New to forum" yet I am curious as your profiles says October 2015..........  I am a few years behind you (age wise) and moved to a Jackson Cuda HD (from my Perception) largely due to the seat.  Then moved to Hobies because pedal drives are so much easier when fishing.  Lots of great pedal drive yaks out there, each with their own pros and cons.  Test drive a few to see which fits your needs the best.
