Looks like it could be a great boat for drifting rivers, or flat water fly fishing. IMO would also be a great alternative to a float tube. Short, dry, and stable. Not sure how I would feel about a long paddle in the Sound against a swift tide though.

I wouldn't want to paddle any kind of distance in that.

Probably good for tidal flats or anywhere else where a push pole would work well  ???  Wouldn't want to have to paddle it though.

Add a keel and a sail, space out the hulls a little more and put some canvas in between and that boat would be a lot of fun.  Looks like a compromise between a pontoon boat (minus the comfy seat) an SUP (minus the wave riding ability) and a kayak (minus the paddleability).

Kinda like a Subaru Baja, Chevy Avalanche, or Honda Ridgeline - not really sure what it is.  It's not a car, its not a truck and sux at being either.  ::)

Don't you mean Subaru Brat?  ;)  My favorite toy cartruck...

I guess the Brat and Baja are close relatives, like the El Camino and Avalanche are.  All four are goofy.  ;)

That's just a funky watercraft IMO. Might be good for flats fishing?

I've always had a thing for El Caminos.

My dad had an El Camino for awhile when I was much, much younger.  I was embarrassed to be seen in it, but now kinda wish he still had it.
