AOTY 2015 Pink Croc Challenge

Through some combination of Captain Redbeard's phobia of Crocs, drinking while on Facebook, and LingLingHerro (aka Captain NoBeard) still trying to prove he is a man a new side challenge has developed for this year's AOTY. If you'd like to participate please let me know.

Anyone can win AOTY but it takes a special kind of fisherman to lose. Rather than award winners I'd rather punish losers. Its more fun and in some sick way it motivates us all more than winning.

The rules are simple. If you choose to participate then you must avoid scoring the least amount of AOTY points among the "pink croc challenge" participants. If you do you must purchase and wear a pair of pink crocs on every fishing adventure in 2016. They should be featured prominently in any posts to social media or on NWKA.

If you are the only person to sign up, dos that make you the automatic loser?  have fun wearing those crocs next year.

I know of at least 3 us who are in. I know Captain Redbeard will eventually cave to peer pressure.

This will become quite the conversation piece at events like ORC and AOTD.

Should I text redbeard and apply a little pressure ?

OK here's the deal...

I would totally do this, except I really think they're a poor choice to protect the feet of my drysuit. I use my wading boots like weapons when fish go nuts in the boat. I'm picturing about 20 punctures in my drysuit feet the first good day out at PC.

And I'm bringing this up because it's obvious that I will lose this challenge if I participate... 

I know Captain Redbeard will eventually cave to peer pressure.

Dang it.  Needed this in 2014. Pink crocs would go well with my GF's Pink Avet...

Oh wait...this is some negative thing?  never mind....got all excited over nothing....lol.  I'll never get the prize...losing is never an option....
