I know alot of us kayakers  use Kokatat as I do. On my drysuit around the zipper the covering is coming off. I have attached a picture of it. Does anyone have any experience if this would be a warranty claim. I am curious as to input. Everything else seems fine and I will send it later this year for Kokatat to look at.   Thank you all for any input. Sure missed the ORC this year, but did get out and caught some fish.

I'm surprised you can work the zipper.
I destroy the zipper on mine, started with the same kind of deterioration.
Right at the bottom part of the zipper, it would move about 2 inches.
I spent 20 minutes fighting to get out of it before I broke out the scissors.
It's going to https://expressdrysuitrepair.com/repair-services to get the zipper replaced.
I wouldn't have gone all Edward Scissorhands if I didn't have a new suit sitting at home.

I would reach out to Kokatat about this.  The worst they could say is no.

I'm looking forward to hearing about how this turns out Dale!

Follow up to my post. I called Kokatat, sent the picture in and told it was most likely a warranty issue. They gave me instructions on how to send in. I am looking forward to what they have to say. Probably will wait to send in. Need to get more fishing time in.
