I caught a 15" kokanee which contained some roe, made caviar from the roe, and used the caviar in some gukanmaki ("battleship") sushi.

Wife is a huge sushi fan, me not so much. But that's the best looking homemade sushi and caviar I've ever seen. Nicely done.
