A bunch of us Oregon guys are going to be hitting Luhr Landing on Sunday Oct 2nd, targeting larger Starry flounder. Were going to fish the small afternoon outgoing tide primarily. Our plan is to meet at the launch around 9am. Hopefully be out at the end of the mudflats before the high slack starts at 1130 ish. Probably fish through low slack around 530pm.  Any and all are welcome to come join us, we'd love to have ya.

Wasn't the hot action we were hoping for, but a fun day none the less. I got my first ever, and so far only, starry. A decent 17.5".
A few rock Sole to 15" as well.
Thanks for organizing it Codeman! Was great seeing and meeting everyone!
A day without fishing probably wouldn't kill me,
but why risk it?

In my experience that's a pretty big starry. They do get bigger, especially up in Alaska, but that's a good sized one. Nice!
