Shhhhhhh
No way Jay!
Last year was a "gimme", I hope you enjoyed it.  From now on you need to earn your place in the top 10.

Besides...
more entrants => more sponsors => more prizes
And don't forget... more participation => more fun!!

Top 10? Do you remember the final talley? I was fighting for last place and only lost that battle because Scott (GBS) went MIA for a few months. I don't think the AOTY heavy hitters need to keep an eye on me.

On the other hand, there are quite a few sleepers out there that haven't really been catching or revealing yet...

I wish those of us w/o points yet were in fact holding out.  :embarassed:  It has been a whole lot of fishing, not catching for me thus far.

Wow!! 23 entrants now..How sweet is that?!?

Actually, it's 27.  The 4 youths don't show up on the front page list.  Hey Brian, can we get an RSS feed for the youth's page?

Actually it's 5 youths now.

Here's the new RSS feed for the youth division.

I'll put a panel up on the front page under the adult leaderboard.

The kids division is gonna be a lotta fun. Looking forward to the catches and big smiles!

I think it should be a rule that you need to post an image of the kid holding the fish as well as the standard measurement shots.  Not so much to prove the kid caught it, rather so that we can see the smiles on their faces.

BTW, regarding the RSS feeds, they now only show the top 10.  Having all 23+ participants listed was getting to be too much.

Gee, you give a guy an exception for his wherry and he goes crazy with trying to bend the rules.  ;D
The weather will get warmer and the ice will melt and you'll have your day.... :clock:

Bend??!!! What rule was bent? That was an honest-to-god IK that I used, not even my wherry.;D

Now, that steelhead that was netted by a bankie, on the OR coastal stream; THAT seemed "fishy" to me.  :P If a fish is credited for being caught from a kayak, shouldn't it be netted (if it's netted) from a kayak? >:D

>30% of the season is going to be gone, before our local lakes will ice-free. Noon, and it's not even above freezing yet, today. :'( :'( :'(

Tell you what, I'll remove the fish if you buy a kayak and stop fishing from a drift-boat.   :P

We're starting to put up logos for some of this years sponsors in the upper left hand block as well as at the AOTY pages.  Check 'em out and please support those that support us!!!  More to come ...
