I recently moved from Hood River to Warrenton and now have the time to resume kayak fishing and looking for suggestions as where to launch in Warrenton and Astoria.
Thanks in advance!

I have only launched at Hungry Harbor on the WA side above the bridge and fish shipwreck. Super easy on a high-ish tide. Need to walk across the mud flat if launching at a low tide but not a big deal. Nice thing is the you are right at a pretty great spot to fish. PM if you want pics of the area

Ft Steven’s is the best spot to launch IMO. I’m always surprised I’m the only kayak out there every time I go…as was the case yesterday and today. Hope to see you out there sometime

Bassassin208, thanks and I will check it out.
Is there a particular spot to launch at Ft. Stevens?
Dale

Small world...I decided to check out what seemed to be the most logical areas to launch at FT Stevens and found Bassassin and his dog enjoying the surroundings!
Thanks Nate and very nice to meet you this afternoon and hopefully will see you again in the future.
