Tune in on the Discovery Channel ... you may know a few people on the show.     ;)

I think it airs at 10PM, but they keep changing the time.

Being on the east coast, I get to see it first. ;D
"an insane angler takes a sleigh ride in a kayak"

I'm sorry, THOSE New Zealand guys are insane! He pulled a chummed up blue shark in by the tail and dumped on the deck ??? That was just dumb and then in a inflatable pool toy!?!? His other boat was pretty cool though. And who the heck is Chris?

That wuz very cool! MORE

(ahhhh, more kayakers. Less crazy New Zealanders)

(no offense Zee :confused3: )

I think he is the crazy fool who jumped out of a chopper and hand caught a striped marlin. Try Matt Watson on you tube.

The first episode was ok. He probably killed the one he tagged from the inflatible boat, it was spurting blood and trailing blood in the last shot
See ya on the water..

No problem. My Zeeland is from the original in Holland. ;) I do love them Kiwis though.. almost as good as the Aussies.

I recently heard of the new world record Marlin.....1062 #'s or some crazy weight near that!
Rod and reel from PB though. Was that Matt Watson?

Glad someone else caught that as well. Tagging sharks take place at the base of the dorsal fin. Not in the body. Using that pool toy he had no control and obviously stabbed the poor mako too low. The blood trail was pretty sad to see. I don't think I've ever seen blood from a shark tagging.
