From what I understand the basic rig is an 8" white dodger followed by small pink mini squid about 13"-16" back.

Just out of curiosity why do you think the fish will be deep? (you know more about this than I do just basing off the one experience I have with them so far)
When I was on whidbey last weekend we caught them right at the surface?
Are they deep when the tide change isn't there? Is that why you don't see them jumping accept 1 hour before and after tides?

Thanks for the link.  I bought a couple pink buzz bombs and am going to only use the humpy rig if there is no surface action.  Thanks for the info and I'll let you know how it works out.

If I can get my truck fixed today I'll be there.  If not but can get my body down there I can help out with shore support.  What channel will everyone be on their VHF radios?

Zee,
Can you bring a couple of the NWKA Safety flags up with you?  I'd like to buy a couple?

Thanks.

So looks like about 10 of us are going to be showing up for the PPP. Well, a few are looking pretty on the fence about showing up. I think this should change your mind.

Nice work! That's a good day. Sorry you couldn't hook up with us but looks like the fish were there so good on ya.
