I have a mondo-sized sautee' pan that I'll bring along.  It's sized to fit a big freestanding burner. Probably around 12" diameter on the flat interior. It's perfect for breaded fillets.

So if it we are unable to get out on the ocean, would it be prudent for those that have a stock in their freezers, to bring some frozen fillets for the fry?  Just something to consider!

So is the Panko fish fry still up for Saturday? If not, what? I can bring a ling, and CBY has fish to bring. I was wondering since our fry master, Pole Pole, has opted out. I have about a gallon of clam chowder, along with cups and spoons, but that's not going to go very far for a main dish!

I'll smoke up some fish.

On second thought, I think I'll bring some BBQ chicken (two of the kids aren't big on fish).

OK, 14 terryaki chicken thighs are in the oven.

Zee, how are you Panko Fry skills?

Need to know before tomorrow noon?  Do I still need to bring my turkey fryer burner, LP tank and big pots?  I was planning on bringing them down Friday, and leaving them at headquarters.

Also, are we doing the potluck at headquarters, or at the reservoir?  I can bring a 12' x 12' Quick Shade down with me and two 6' plastic tables if needed.

I'll bring southern-style sweet cornbread.
Dude, you rock!! We needed some southern in the house.

Zee, how are you Panko Fry skills?
I'm pretty decent. Count me in. If you got canola and a fry temp gauge I'm better.  ;D
