ORC 2009 Release forms

I have release forms for the following people. If you're not on the list please get it in ASAP. If you didn't get the release form sent to you PM me. If you recently sent it in it should be up soon.

As I mentioned I would do awhile back in the other ORC thread, I spoke with the Coast Guard last week and advised them that this was happening.  I said there would be about 30 people involved and that you guys may be doing radio checks prior to heading out.  The guy I spoke to said he would give the CG in Depoe Bay a heads up.  I emailed him a link to the original thread for background information.

To those who haven't gotten their release forms in yet make sure I have them ASAP. I need them all before launch or any fish you enter will not count.

I will have a few extra forms that I will bring along so find me before launch time.
